ITALU-YA.OrdermadeHistory No.214:[Futatsu-domoe]Pattern overlay pair ring.
This pairing is based on the pattern [Futatsu-domoe]. The three tomoe pattern is a widely known pattern, but the two tomoe pattern is rare as a motif. I made this using the overlay method and put it on place for one round as a cut-out design with tomoe patterns without any breaks. The carved ground is textured with chisel work.
「二つ巴」という文様を元に製作したペアリングです。三つ巴という模様であれば広く知られている紋様ですが二つ巴はモチーフとして珍しい模様です。これをオーヴァーレイ工法で製作し１週グルリと切れ目なく二つ巴模様の切抜きデザインとして置いていきました。彫り込まれた地にはチゼルワークでテクスチャを入れてあります。
